OTHER AREAS CALL FOR QUOTE * A three-hour inspection includes 3-hour on-site inspecting and approximately 2-4 hours of in-office report preparation resulting in an extensive, narrative-style report. Additional time is recommended for large homes, especially homes with multiple heating systems (3+) and homes with unusual problems or a greater than average number of problems. The fee for additional time is $40 for each extra on-site fifteen minutes requested.   PAYMENT DUE DATE Payment is due at the inspection. PAYMENT METHOD VISA, MASTERCARD, AND PERSONAL CHECKS* ACCEPTED * There will be a $30 charge for any check that is returned by the bank. REPORT DUE DATE The report is guaranteed ready to be e-mailed, mailed, or picked up within two working days. (For pre-drywall and pre-settlement inspections, if the inspection is scheduled for a morning, the report will be ready by the next morning since time is often critical; the report for an afternoon pre-drywall or pre-settlement inspection will be ready by the second morning following the inspection.) CANCELLATION POLICY "No shows" and late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will result in a $150 cancellation fee unless we are able to schedule someone else in that time slot.
