Many of the defects included
only in Ted Collins list were relatively serious
conditions including roof leaks, window leaks,
no attic venting, foundation grading problems,
cut floor joists & short attic insulation.
[*These inspections were performed
in February, 1997 and within two weeks the builder
had agreed to fix most of the 40 defects.]
